We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations Director to support our sales team by optimizing processes, implementing tools, managing performance analytics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership, playing a key role in driving growth and efficiency across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $140K - $160K

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations Director to support our sales team by optimizing processes, implementing tools, managing performance analytics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leadership, playing a key role in driving growth and efficiency across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate, design, and implement efficient sales processes to improve conversion rates, reduce cycle times, and streamline workflows.
- Cycle Planning: Optimize territory assignments to maximize ability to connect with partners.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs, forecasts, pipeline health, and sales performance for leadership and stakeholders.
- Sales Forecasting: Work with sales leadership to produce accurate forecasts and assist in setting and tracking targets.
- Compensation & Incentives: Support the design and administration of sales compensation plans, quotas, and incentive programs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, revenue goals, and customer retention.
- Order Services and Sales Support: Manage order processing and sales support for U.S. team.
- Technology & Tools: Evaluate and implement sales technologies that support productivity, reporting, and enablement. Administer and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, or a related role
- Experience managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
