Summary
The Data Strategist is responsible for assisting in the design and leading innovative and effective strategies that drive analytical and accountable solutions, powered by data science. As part of the team, you have a unique ability to tell data-driven stories to deliver against client goals. You will partner with both internal teams and external clients to assist in the planning, scope, execution and evaluation of out-of-home (OOH) campaign measurement and attribution initiatives that elevate revenue and retention. In partnership with the Data Strategy Director, take ownership of strategic opportunities to ideate, design and execute data products that differentiate and tell billups evolving technology story by performing the following duties:

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; 5+ year’s experience in a similar role with a strong data analytics foundation. Prior experience in media, advertising, AdTech or brand direct required. Strong knowledge of advertising technology, digital marketing ecosystem and OOH industry preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

In partnership with the Data Strategy Director, take ownership of strategic opportunities to ideate, design and execute data products that differentiate and tell billups evolving technology story by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties
- Build internal and client relationships by highlighting services and products through data strategy.
- Responsible for request for proposals and services for audience, advertising analytics and attribution studies as the connective tissue between internal teams (media/business/sciences) and external clients (advertisers/agencies/media owners).
- Actively and consistently support company data efforts that elevate billups within the OOH industry through client service, internal training, new business and thought leadership.
- Contribute to ideating, positioning and executing data narrative through internal and external communications (with marketing & design support).
- Collaborate closely with Sciences, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Business and Media to support integrated communications tied to key narratives, storylines and content across owned, earned and paid media.
- Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish with confidence and accuracy.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant data, tools, strategies and case studies to amplify and accelerate new analytical techniques.
- Excellent ability to connect and synthesize information with a growth mindset using audience insight, brand experience and measurement strategy to deliver meaningful out-of-home campaign results.
- Strong storytelling, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of audience research, targeting, data visualization, market and media research techniques (qualitative and quantitative) and external data sources.
- Manage and mentor team members to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and programming languages is preferred.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and powerful presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Excellence in expressing ideas and thoughts with clarity in written form.
