Job Description
As Head of CRM Intelligence, you will build and lead an Intelligence function centered in analyzing our award spending and campaign effectiveness, while translating those analysis into insightful recommendations to ensure we best provide value to our players across all CILA.
Reporting to the CILA Head of CRM you will be part of the CILA CRM. This leader will also lead the creation of predictive data models to identify critical actions needed in specific lifecycle stages in our players journeys and will manage a team of data analysts helping us bring additional remaining critical skillsets.

Job Description
As Head of CRM Intelligence, you will build and lead an Intelligence function centered in analyzing our award spending and campaign effectiveness, while translating those analysis into insightful recommendations to ensure we best provide value to our players across all CILA.
Reporting to the CILA Head of CRM you will be part of the CILA CRM. This leader will also lead the creation of predictive data models to identify critical actions needed in specific lifecycle stages in our players journeys and will manage a team of data analysts helping us bring additional remaining critical skillsets.
- Ideate analysis methodologies and lead specific data-focused research around our customers behaviors in different lifecycle stages, and the effectiveness of our campaigns addressing those and other KPIs
- Partner with the respective CRM Heads of Automation and Local Markets to conduct uplift analysis and A/B testing on most important campaigns – while coaching and training them to conduct them on their own
- Identify best-in-class CRM innovations based on industry experience and best practices, including but not limited to AI-powered bonus-reactivity player information, and real-time personalized offers
- Evaluate needs of CRM teams for analysis tools most key for them to measure campaign impact, and lead efforts towards their development in collaboration with Data & BI teams
- Partner with the Head of CILA CRM in the design of the overall CRM bonus spending strategy for each CILA region
- Regularly update different stakeholders, including CRM and Country leaders, with the precise information and insights to enable thought partnering
- Identify predictive behavior models useful to inform campaign automation around player journeys, and lead their development in partnership with Data Science teams
- Minimum 7 years in roles focused on data-heavy quantitative analysis, with at least 3 of those years leading teams of analysts and presenting to senior executives; Preference for backgrounds in Management Consulting, Finance, Data Analytics or Statistics
- Experienced in ideating quantitative methodologies to estimate financial ROI of spending activities
- High awareness, and some degree of professional experience, around basic Statistics concepts (e.g., standard deviations, analysis significance, etc)
- Completely proficient using BI and data manipulation software (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
- Highly experience in conducting pragmatic 80/20 “directionally-correct” analysis when needed, finding balance between speed and accuracy
- Passion and excitement for running quantitative data analysis – role will require both leading a team as well as executing analysis directly
- Bonus qualifications
- Professional experience with customer-oriented promotional spend and/or data insights roles in B2C companies with high volume of promotional spending (e.g., bonus, awards, coupons, etc.)
- Knowledge of online casino and sportsbook industry and their player behaviors, motivations, and retention drivers
- Knowledge of all key stages of B2C customer lifecycles and associated marketing activities for each
- Completely fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Must be based (or willing to relocate) and authorized to work in Spain or Portugal, ideally Barcelona, Lisbon or Madrid
