  • Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Salesforce with relevant certifications strongly preferred
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with an "extreme ownership" mentality
  • Excel in client relationship management, with strong active listening, communication, and change management skills
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, translating complexity into actionable plans
  • Influence and guide stakeholders toward aligned decisions and shared outcomes
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address client challenges
  • Successfully lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
  • Have experience managing enterprise or multi-cloud Salesforce projects with multiple workstreams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight and strategic direction throughout the project that drives long-term success
  • Continuously learn and level up their Salesforce expertise, seeking out new certifications and product knowledge
  • Have an impact felt across the team, as a thought leader and mentor for other team members
