A reliable, detail-obsessed Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep cases moving without constant hand-holding. You must know your way around family law pleadings, deadlines, and client communication — and be ready to support attorneys like a boss.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and calendars
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally
Prepare hearing/trial binders and assist with case strategy
File documents electronically in Georgia courts (eFileGA)
Keep everything organized in Clio
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Georgia family law preferred
Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Clio (or similar case management software)
Comfortable juggling multiple cases and deadlines
