Responsibilities

We are now accepting resumes for our Loan Officer Assistant/Processor. This is a remote role. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to successfully fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide administrative, operational, or customer service support
• Duties may include assembling loan documents for transmittal and verifying their accuracy, closing loans and distributing loan proceeds, reviewing new and existing builder qualifications, reviewing budgets, pre-boarding, analyzing financial data, and other duties.
• Ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information and documentation.
• May need to follow up with borrower, loan originator, title company or others to resolve questions, correct information, or other issues as needed.
• Ensures that everything is complete in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some previous banking or loan process experience or other directly related experience.
• Basic knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems.
• Knowledge of banking process helpful.
• Must have good organizational and customer service skills.
• Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge pc's and various word processing, spreadsheet or related software.
