Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Processes: Guide and coach 2 to 3 Scrum teams in the effective application of Scrum practices and principles
- Maintain Stability: Ensure the teams are stable and productive by removing impediments and fostering a positive working environment
- Visibility on Deliverables: Provide transparency on the progress and status of deliverables through regular updates, reports, and meetings
- Facilitate Releases: Coordinate and facilitate the release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the teams by encouraging reflection and adaptation of processes
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Scrum teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with multiple teams
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
