In this dynamic role, you’ll be a vital link between a major automotive brand and its dealer network. You will champion cutting-edge digital tools and strategies, empowering dealerships to provide seamless, personalized experiences that exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will directly impact sales and service performance, shaping the way customers interact with a prestigious automotive brand.
What You’ll Do
- Spearhead the adoption and utilization of digital dealership platforms and tools, driving digital retailing best practices across the dealer network.
- Provide hands-on, in-dealership consulting to optimize sales and service processes, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Guide dealerships in implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, lead management processes, and omni-channel customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between dealership performance and the overall customer experience vision.
- Support dealerships in adopting customer-centric retail strategies, modernizing processes for both sales and service teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with dealerships, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing ongoing support.
- Track dealer performance, analyze data, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI.
- Travel frequently to assigned dealerships, providing tailored support and guidance based on individual needs and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or service performance improvement, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience with dealership retail processes and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to improve lead management processes.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional presentation skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
