What The Job Involves

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the quantification and prioritization of algorithmic enhancements, establishing and developing new data products, developing dashboards for operational insights, and managing internal and external reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own end to end data product strategy.
  • Investigate and develop business cases for new data products.
  • Measure and report on algorithm performance improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards for business, operations, and customers.
  • Provide actionable business insights through data analysis.
  • Oversee external and internal reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and operational teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Own and manage the data product roadmap, prioritizing customer facing features as well as features for internal use cases.
  • Present data to customers and internal stakeholders - act as “story teller” for data internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience handling and manipulating data preferred.
  • Proven experience developing B2G products.
  • Track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
  • Experience in technical environments, working cross-functionally.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with large-scale datasets.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and translating stakeholder input into actionable product solutions.
  • Experience developing AI based products.

Compensation Range: $165.4K - $194.6K
