The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Email & Digital Designer to craft scroll‑stopping visuals for email campaigns, pop‑ups, social ads, and the occasional landing page. You’ll collaborate with copywriters and account managers to translate brand stories into high‑performing creative that delights customers and drives revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Design responsive email templates (Figma) that look great in every inbox
• Develop on‑brand imagery for pop‑ups, lead‑gen forms, paid social, and lightweight landing pages
• Turn wireframes and copy decks into polished, conversion‑focused layouts
• Ensure all assets are mobile‑first, and pixel‑perfect
• Maintain and evolve design systems for multiple e‑commerce brands
• Organise design files so the rest of the team can build and launch at speed

What Will Make You a Great Fit

• 2+ years designing for email or digital marketing (agency or e‑commerce brand)
• Portfolio that showcases polished typography, hierarchy, and mobile‑first layouts
• Mastery of Figma (our design hub) plus Adobe CC essentials (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with how Klaviyo or any ESP’s drag‑and‑drop builder works (MJML/HTML chops are a bonus)
• Data‑curious mindset—comfortable turning test results into smarter layouts
• Strong eye for detail—guides, grids, and naming conventions make your heart happy
• Comfortable working async across time‑zones and giving/receiving feedback in Slack and Loom
• Bonus points for motion skills (GIFs, lightweight Lottie animations)
