The Role:

We’re looking for a VP of HR who’s eager to shape, build, and elevate our people function as we scale.

This is not a big-team, corporate HR role — it’s an agile two-person team leading the entire global people function end-to-end. You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and essential to how we grow.

You’ll partner closely with the CEO (who deeply believes talent is the key to success) and the senior leadership team, helping design our organization, strengthen our culture, and support our managers across three hubs: the U.S., Israel, and Poland.

What You’ll Do?

  • Own the entire HR function, from recruitment to development to retention
  • Build organizational design, processes, and culture alongside leadership
  • Work directly with external recruiters and hiring managers across all sites
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition, and growth
  • Develop our mid-management layer and strengthen leadership capabilities
  • Make sure every employee feels seen, valued, and empowered
  • Bring thought partnership and pushback to the CEO and senior team — we want your voice at the table
  • Ensure we’re living and breathing our mission: developing talent, both inside and outside the company

Requirements:

  • U.S.-based, with director/VP experience in a fast-growth startup, supporting global teams, with a significant Israeli site
  • Strategic HR leadership experience in a lean, fast-growing environment
  • A passion for people and culture — you light up when you talk about talent
  • Hands-on ability to juggle tactical needs (recruiting, engagement, policies) with strategic initiatives (org design, leadership development, succession planning)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — you challenge, partner, and inspire
  • Energy, adaptability, and a “builder” mindset. Someone who inspires people after every meeting
