Position Summary
As a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop robust talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires. This role requires a high-performing, proactive professional who brings innovation, resilience, and a collaborative mindset to every search.
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and/or Customer Care Center recruiting. This dynamic player will be results-driven with a proven track record of success, and will demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results and embody our company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for high-volume and specialized roles in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care, and Healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers to define position requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct resume screening, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments with a focus on both skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather and provide candidate feedback, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Proactively adapt strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and organizational hiring policies and practices.
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care Center, and/or Healthcare environments.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific roles, terminology, and candidate profiles.
- Demonstrated success recruiting in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Paycor, Paychex) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a focus on active listening.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches, maintain strong attention to detail and possess exceptional time management abilities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with professionalism.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
