We provide Information Solutions Group (ISG) provides information technology solutions and services to a broad range of both Government and private industry, including Department of Defense, Federal Civilian agencies, healthcare, education, and small/medium business markets. Our analysts, engineers, and technicians are highly trained, qualified subject matter experts, understanding each segments specialized business processes, requirements, and functions. Combined with an extensive IT background, Information Solutions Group's enhanced IT services enable our clients to analyze existing business processes, identify process improvements, evaluate associated risks, and develop operational solutions.
Responsibilities
This position requires an Administrative Assistant that has excellent multi-tasking skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure and make deadlines. This person will have a number or responsibilities that will directly impact a large number of colleagues:
The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Require a minimum of two (2) years of progressive clerical experience and familiarity with a variety of general office equipment: specialized and relevant training may be substituted for experience.
For positions requiring typing skills: ability to type at the rate of 60 words per minute with no more than eight (8) errors.
Preferred Requirements
The successful candidate is required to have a strong ability to multi-task, handle many requirements and requests at once, and communicate clearly and effectively with both end-users and technical support staff. Strong organizational skills are a must. The following skills are preferred:
The base salary range for this position is $33,100 to $62,850. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and remote. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- Coordinating the user provisioning process for adding, modifying, and removing users in multiple online systems
- Answering phones and monitoring email boxes and the ticket queue
- Performing ticket triage for the WorkSmarter Help Desk and routing requests to the proper teams/people
- Compiling meeting minutes

- Experience performing data entry tasks

Essential Functions
Work Environment
- Office setting that includes sedentary physical effort. However, may include lifting of weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary. Must be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. No hazards on the job or unusual environmental conditions. The worksite is fully remote.
- Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long-distance may be required.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work-related tools as required.
- Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
- Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.
