You will be a member of our Sports Analytics team and empower the UFC game team with data-driven insights, tools, and recommendations to make more data informed decisions, driving value for our business and players. This is a hybrid role located in Vancouver, B.C. and will report to the Director of Analytics of NHL and UFC.

You will be a member of our Sports Analytics team and empower the UFC game team with data-driven insights, tools, and recommendations to make more data informed decisions, driving value for our business and players. Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with your team to understand requirements and scope deliverables
- You will guide the game team in being hypothesis focused, and data driven
- You will deliver end to end analytics projects and present insights
- You will develop a suite of dashboards to promote self-service data access
- You will contribute to the aggregate layer of data to support efficient analysis
- You will design game telemetry that meets analysis requirements
- A degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis
- 1+ years of experience independently managing projects and building analysis plans
- Expertise in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources
- Experience in statistical modeling with Python or R (e.g. regression, clustering)
- Data visualization experience (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $89,300 - $123,000 CAD
