What you'll do as Production Artist:

• Prepare and finalize design files for print and digital media.
• Resize and adjust artwork for various formats and ad platforms.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of design files.
• Organize and maintain asset libraries.
• Produce print-ready files compliant with printer specifications and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines.
• Stay current on the latest design tools, software, and production techniques.
• Identify and resolve production issues.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready creative artwork and designs.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in print and digital processes.
• Find creative solutions to project briefs and challenges.
• Implement and improve processes and standard methodologies.
• Create mock-ups and perform retouching and color correcting.
• Liaise with printers and suppliers as needed.
• Efficiently manage workload and priorities.
• Take ownership and accountability of client work, raising potential issues proactively.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 1-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house studio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of composition, color, typography, and image selection.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to take direction and interpret feedback accurately.
• Skilled in interpreting and applying brand guidelines.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for self-development.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience working with Figma.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with team members and external suppliers.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and techniques.
