Our client, a dynamic player in the automotive industry, is seeking an AP Clerk Remote to join their team. As an AP Clerk, you will be part of the accounting team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AP Clerk Remote

Location: Irvine, CA (Remote)

Pay Range: $24.86/hr.

What's the Job?

• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and supporting the accounting team.
• Adhere to department processes, established procedures, and J-SOX policies.
• Manage the full cycle AP processing dealer payments using SAP System.
• Review and resolve aged open liabilities and work with suppliers to streamline payment processes.
• Assist with efficiency improvement projects, 1099 processing, and vendor maintenance.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and suppliers.
