Job Description
A healthcare client is seeking a fully remote Senior Scrum Master to support the transparency and compliance coverage of the organization. The ideal candidate will identify team needs, help with organization, and work closely with teams to locate and address barriers. They should be deeply integrated with the business and take initiative in managing dependencies and driving requirements. This person will also help plan PI quarterly. Strong organizational skills and experience in an Agile environment are essential.

Skills And Requirements
5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within Healthcare,
Ability to interface with multiple organizations and teams simultaneously
Experience with RTC (IBM product) for project tracking and creating of stores
Experience working in an Agile environment
Agile Certified null
