Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Water Sector in Windsor, ON.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.
- Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.
- Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.
- Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
- Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client’s online system.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- P.Eng with Professional Engineers Ontario, or eligible to register.
- 5-10+ years of relevant infrastructure construction experience with a focus on sewers, pumping stations, and/or wastewater facilities strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
