Responsibilities:
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 OTE

Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast growing risk payments team under derivatives business unit.
- Responsible for managing and executing transaction monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, identifying potential fraud, and investigating chargebacks.
- Implement operational risk policy and procedures in line with organization risk strategy and market changes to prevent, eliminate and mitigate operational risks.
- Stay on top of regulatory changes and other updates in the payment industry.
- Perform daily tracking, review and analyze all alerts, and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risk.
- Handle risk-related issues and review user accounts and transactions to identify a host of risky behaviors including fraudulent activity, large position exposure, irregularities, disruptive practices, manipulative trading and any other emerging risks.
- Perform transaction monitoring analysis based on the users’ payment history
- Evaluate chargebacks and disputes, ensuring alignment with Visa and Mastercard programs, including monitoring compliance and mitigating risks related to these schemes.
- Provide data-driven analytical/risk insights, based on online findings, account activity and fraud trends.
- Draw conclusions based on multiple data set and user behavior
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Transaction monitoring experience is a must
- Prior experience in analytical roles, with a background in Risk Management.
- Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems, and good coordination and communication.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools; advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
- Familiarity with chargeback processes and an understanding of Visa and Mastercard programs and regulations.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
- Decisive and solution-oriented, while remaining open to feedback and continuous learning.
- Please note that this is a Remote position - must be EST or CST**
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 OTE
