Are you a results-oriented sales leader ready to transform established software sales teams? Windward Software Systems is seeking a dynamic change agent to improve and manage sales teams responsible for new customer acquisition and existing account expansion, fostering continuous learning, challenging biases, and driving significant growth.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire two software sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and mindsets, overcoming resistance to change.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Manage performance, forecast accurately, and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, professional services and customer success.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
  • Champion innovative sales strategies and technologies.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success as a Sales Manager in software, leading both new customer acquisition and revenue growth via existing account expansion.
  • Strong experience driving positive change and addressing ingrained mindsets within sales organizations.
  • A progressive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Bonus: Experience with specific sales methodologies, SaaS background, sales training certifications.
