Job Summary:

Manages the entire life-cycle recruiting process from prospecting to hiring qualified candidates while providing excellent customer service to leaders, candidates and team members.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performs full-cycle recruitment support, from developing job postings and search strategies based on strategic needs, reviewing applicants, screening, and evaluating candidates, and supporting the final selection process.
  • Utilizes various resources and technology-based searching techniques to identify candidates, including internal applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relations management (CRM) platforms and all external tools, platforms, programs, and vendor resources as well as career fairs and other traditional and non-traditional methods.
  • Effectively partners with hiring managers and other departments to understand/determine job requirements while taking ownership of each step in the recruitment process.
  • Supports organizational goals & initiatives by meeting or exceeding KPIs and metrics as designed within the Talent Acquisition department.
  • Maintains real time documentation in the internal ATS and CRM system to track candidates throughout all stages.
  • Attends and seeks out opportunities to attend hiring events, community engagement activities, and other events that will promote and support the development of candidate pipelines & hiring activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education. Significant and direct experience in recruiting will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Three years’ relevant work experience

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.
