Hiring from: Canada

Bring your skills as a Digital Product Manager and make an immediate impact on a collaborative, entrepreneurial organization supporting clients with engaging, high-value digital platforms.

  • Work on a variety of digital platform projects for external clients across industries — no two projects are the same.
  • Take ownership of digital platform roadmaps, technical infrastructure, and user experience improvements.
  • Thrive in an environment where entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented people flourish and good ideas actually get implemented.

What & Why:

Our client is in an exciting growth phase, with a sharp focus on expanding their digital services and online engagement offerings for clients in the events, association, and community management space. As part of that, they’re adding a Digital Product Manager to lead the development, management, and optimization of client-facing digital platforms. This person will play a key role in enhancing platform performance, building new features, and delivering an outstanding user experience across a range of client projects.

Who:

Our client is a highly respected player in the event and association management space, known for delivering innovative, high-impact experiences. They’ve embraced digital transformation as a core part of their services, and entrepreneurial, collaborative people thrive here. It’s a close-knit team that values ownership, creativity, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

This is a 100% remote role anywhere in Canada.

You:

You’ll bring the following education, skills, and experience to the role:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital platform management, digital marketing, or web operations roles, preferably with client-facing or project ownership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record developing and executing roadmaps for digital platform enhancements and new feature rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience managing technical infrastructure, security, hosting, and performance monitoring for web-based platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and a solid understanding of how to extend platform functionality.
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and navigating client priorities.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a strong asset.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 – $85,000 depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package and plenty of room for professional growth.
