We are looking for a talented individual...

To join CLEAResult as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will join a midstream program targeting Food Service dealers and HVAC distributors across Ontario. You'll recruit, train, and support participants to ensure program success. This role requires a results-driven, creative, relentless, and collaborative individual.


Successful candidates should be based in Southern Ontario, preferably within the GTA and have the capacity to travel to the Toronto head office on a quarterly basis.


You’re a great fit if you can…

  • Collaborate with outreach staff to deliver the program across Ontario by recruiting, engaging, and managing distributor participants, marketing the program, and supporting QA/QC.
  • Travel frequently (up to 50%, primarily day trips within the province) to meet with distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • Utilize and train others on the distributor portal while troubleshooting any related issues.
  • Gather feedback from the Midstream channel to identify and implement program improvements.


Exciting candidates will have…

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management is a must.
  • Experience in the energy efficiency, food services, or HVAC sectors.
  • Demonstrated program and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Passionate advocate for energy efficiency and technology solutions, with a track record of commitment through education and career.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and reliable transportation.


Targeted Compensation Range

$40-$45/h
