Tech Support Specialist Remote (US-Based Candidates Only)

About Us:

TalentWorldGroup is a revolutionary multilingual contact center committed to redefining home-based work and shaping the workplace of the future. We are currently seeking Tech Support Specialists from the United States to support our clienta global leader in biopharma and MedTech regulated digital health solutions.

In this inbound customer care project, you will provide Level 1 Tech Support, assisting users via phone and email, diagnosing issues, and ensuring efficient resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to users through phone and email support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues to ensure quick resolution.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps for software, settings, and connectivity problems.
  • Coordinate device exchanges when necessary.
  • Document all user interactions and troubleshooting steps for accurate tracking.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-tier support teams.
  • Stay updated on system changes and software updates to provide accurate support.


Project Shift & Availability

  • Shift Hours: 8 AM 2 PM EST (Monday Friday)
  • Minimum Requirement: 4 hours per day
  • Flexibility Required: As the project scales, availability should increase to at least 7 hours per day


What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of inbound contact center experience in technical support (Tier 1), ticket handling, chat, and call handling.
  • Strong computing skills and troubleshooting ability.
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer support.
  • Fluent in US English (written and spoken).
  • College or university degree is a plus.

  • Internet: Broadband connection with an Ethernet-based LAN setup.
  • Hardware:
    • Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher (64-bit preferred)
    • RAM: 8 GB minimum
    • Available Storage: 10 GB minimum
    • Preferred Resolution: 1920x1080
    • Wired USB headset
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 or later
