Software Engineer - Front End

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a front end focus to join our dynamic team. As a Engineer on our team , you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions with a emphasis on implementing incredible experiences and workflows. You enjoy excellent design implementations and sweat the details. You embrace the unknown and strive to understand and experiment with your solutions and enjoy when great product puts a smile on someones face.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to introduce a sense of play, fun, and delightful moments into product experiences.
• Maintain and extend end-to-end tests of the web interface using browser automation.
• Implement front end design and interactive changes across the core Brale product suite.
• Partner on implementation with back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
• Participate in the design and product planning discussions, providing valuable insights and suggestions.
• Lead the implementation of small-medium sized features in partnership with Design.
• Collaborate with design to establish UI best practices and maintain visual consistency.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality, security, and architecture of the software.
• Practice unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process when appropriate.
• Collaborate with product and customer support to address any software-related inquiries or issues.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• A positive outlook on what great experiences enable in a product.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development or design. ≥1 year of development experience as front-end or full stack engineer.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to partner with a strong engineering organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about learning new technologies and industry trends.
