We are KNB Communications, an award-winning PR and marketing agency specializing in healthcare, health tech, and life sciences. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our ranks.

You are creative and energetic, and have a strong sense of what resonates with multiple target audiences on various platforms. You can quickly create content that moves an audience to action. You are enthusiastic and proactive about sharing ideas, confident in securing buy-in, and quick to react to changing trends in audience engagement.

We are looking for a positive, capable team member who combines the data-driven approach of digital marketing with creativity.

As a highly creative and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist for KNB Communications, you will develop and execute strategic digital marketing strategies for our healthcare clients. You will execute those digital strategies to generate awareness, engage stakeholders and influencers, and drive growth. You will develop and share metrics aimed at tracking the effectiveness of our marketing tactics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create concept, content, and design for relevant marketing campaigns.
  • Create and design professional-looking presentations in Google Slides.
  • Create stunning visuals with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
  • Write creative and strategic, long- and short-form content.
  • Strategically develop and execute innovative and measurable digital marketing campaigns that have a meaningful impact.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end, scalable social media campaigns.
  • Develop and share audience engagement metrics aimed at tracking the effectiveness of marketing tactics across platforms (Facebook Insights, X Analytics, etc.) and an ability to translate them into actionable steps.
  • Craft client messaging to tell a story. Develop and repurpose content to generate engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university required
  • 5 years minimum related work experience
  • HubSpot certifications – Inbound, Email, Content
  • Must be active on all major social networks
  • Project an extremely positive “can-do” attitude and utilize sound judgment with client interactions
  • Ability to write creatively, in broad and narrow scopes, with an informative, engaging style
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively organize client work product
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of the team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to constructive feedback

Must-have Experience

  • Creative graphics and design experience (Canva + Adobe)
  • Video creation, editing, and production
  • Social media management and tracking software
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO best practices, auditing, and keyword identification
  • Digital advertising, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, and Meta
  • Email marketing, create and design newsletters, landing pages, + and content generation
  • Google Workspaces proficiency, with knowledge of models and analysis
  • Client-facing and presentation experience with exceptional communications skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Understanding complex healthcare domains, competitive landscapes, and varied audiences

Pluses

  • Healthcare industry knowledge and/or previous roles with a healthcare-focused organization
  • Website management, page, and landing page creation
  • Basic HTML or equivalent web language

Location

  • This position is 100% Remote.
  • KNB Communications is headquartered in Stamford, CT.
  • Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm ET.
