We’re partnering with a confidential SaaS company to hire an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with global agencies. This role is responsible for building and expanding high-value, long-term relationships and managing complex, multi-year subscription SaaS deals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in agency sales and thrives in a partnership-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at global agencies
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve revenue targets
- Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with agency partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure for deals averaging $100,000
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop tailored SaaS solutions for agency clients
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to agency executives
- Lead complex negotiations of commercial terms and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure favorable deal terms
- Manage and grow a portfolio of global agency accounts
- Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to agency partners
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with agency partners and attend industry events
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on activity and performance
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably with agency sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial terms and MSAs
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic agency relationships
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape and partnership models
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Results-oriented and driven to succeed
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
