Phreesia is looking for a Product Manager to facilitate the evolution and implementation of the infrastructure experience for Phreesia’s internal and external customers. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with Product Management, Product Engineering, and business stakeholders to tackle complex and challenging problems in the line of business to optimize end user experience. You’ll drive design and implementation of multi-platform solutions by leveraging experiences across hybrid cloud environments and emerging platforms. You’ll also leverage expert data-driven problem-solving techniques and analytical rigor to understand, establish, and report on established metrics. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and articulate a sharp vision and strategy for infrastructure products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs as well as guide employees and partners to adapt to new skills, processes, changes in technology, policies, and industry standards.
  • Understand and drive solutions involving integrated development environment and Containerization.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities based on market trends, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with infrastructure scrum teams to assist in managing and prioritizing workloads as well as define and track metrics and measures for the success of infrastructure products, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough research and gather requirements from stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and other relevant teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for product initiatives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful development and delivery of infrastructure products, addressing any technical challenges or issues and finding effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Human Centered Design.
  • 4+ year experience in a product function OR 4+ years in software product development or technology services supporting large customers in a product management role, technical product manager, or lead developer role (Preferred).
  • 4+ years’ experience with Web, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies, Agile methodologies – preferred.
  • 7+ years of technical knowledge: multi-tier distributed architecture, enterprise software, enterprise software infrastructure, and related technologies – preferred.
  • Relevant experience in product management, preferably in an infrastructure or IT-related field with strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, networking, and virtualization.
  • Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams such as Development, Operations, External Suppliers, and Technical Architecture.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions as well as experience authoring white papers, positioning documents and marketing deliverables.
