Salary Range
$32,000 $40,000 per year (prorated for parttime schedules)

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and format emails, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Enter data from invoices, contracts, and spreadsheets into CRM and ERP systems.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with accurate naming conventions.
- Coordinate meeting calendars, prepare agendas, and compile minutes.
- Assist with travel bookings and expense report preparation.
- Respond to internal queries via Teams or email within 24 hours.
- Conduct light research to collect data for reports and presentations.
- Liaise with external vendors for office supplies and service renewals.
- Monitor project timelines and send deadline reminders to stakeholders.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies in handling proprietary documents.
- 6 months to 3 years of administrative, typing, or customer service experience.
- Typing speed of 55 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com) a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful problem solver, able to manage shifting priorities.
- Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps) and computer equipment.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or certifications desirable.
- Annual salary between $32,000-$40,000 USD (pro rated for parttime).
- Fully remote role with core hours optional.
