Now Hiring: Remote WFM Analyst (Temporary Assignment)

💼 Pay Rate: $ 48.00/hour

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST (No Overtime)

🏠 Location: 100% Remote

📄 Assignment Type: Temporary

🎓 Education: High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred

About The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to support scheduling and operations for a dynamic, mid-sized contact center. In this remote, full-time temp role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the right resources are in place at the right time—helping teams deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor real-time agent statuses and phone queues
• Collaborate with agents and supervisors to ensure scheduling adherence
• Update and adjust schedules, call lines, and skill assignments
• Create clear and concise documentation (training guides, process synopses, etc.)
• Analyze WFM and contact center data, delivering reports and insights
• Support onboarding and skilling for new hires
• Identify and resolve issues proactively before they escalate
  
  

What You Bring

Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Data analysis and reporting experience

Hands-on WFM experience (Forecasting, Scheduling, Intraday, Shrinkage)

Background in contact center environments

Ability to interpret reports and take appropriate action

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

✨ Prior WFM Analyst experience

✨ Experience with platforms like Five9/VO or NICE InContact

✨ Background in training or coaching

✨ Proactive and solution-driven mindset

✨ Healthcare or regulated industry experience

Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
