Job Description

A leader in the Medicaid/Medicare space is looking to hire a REMOTE Senior Scrum Master to support the delivery of their CRM Portfolio's IT projects. Currently, the team is working to enhance their Provider Portal to streamline the providers experience when handling patient care. As the Provider CRM Scrum Master you are responsible for facilitating Scrum events, while also working with the project manager to ensure the team is able to deliver within defined project timelines. The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible in their agile approach when considering to leverage a Scrum or Kanban framework to cater to different project needs and team dynamics.

Skills And Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting CRM related projects (ideally Salesforce)

 - Proven ability to run stand up meetings and manage product backlog

 - Experience working in a hybrid environment supporting an organization that is transitioning into Agile

  • Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

 - Background in healthcare or health insurance - Experience using Agility tool

 - Scrum Certifications

  • Product Owner experience null
