We have an immediate opening for a Senior Sales Engineer, to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate has a mix of pre-sales support or SaaS implementation success and investigation tradecraft or cyber defense experience. Prior understanding of workflows related to cyber threat analysis, incident response, or financial investigations are a plus. A Sales Engineer will balance technical, business, and interpersonal skills for direct engagement with customers in pre- and post-sales engagements. This position will discover and evaluate technical requirements of new sales opportunities and present technical solutions to meet the needs of prospective and existing customers. Partnering with Inside Sales and Account Executives, the Sales Engineer drives solution alignment with customer challenges and achieves the technical win against requirements.

Requirements:
- Balance of experience with pre/post-sales/technical support and real-world practitioner of analyst/investigation tradecraft
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and presentation skills, both customer-facing and internal
- Personality excited by solving customer problems and relating prior experience through anecdotes
- Limited software development or related technical integration skills
- Familiarity with cloud architectures and SaaS-based deliver models, as well as browser technology and/or browser isolation technologies
- Lead/support full sales cycle for technical account management including: uncovering technical needs, deploying product, managing software pilot milestones and issues, answering security and implementation questions
- Drive technical discussions and product presentations with prospects and customers, with ability to effectively interact with both buying executives and mid-level IT deployment/support specialists
- Perform in-depth product demos encompassing the more technical and aspects of our SaaS products with anecdotes and investigation tradecraft points
- Respond to customer procurement RFIs and due diligence/security questionnaires
- 4+ years enterprise pre-sales/post-sales/technical support experience, ideally with a cybersecurity vendor
- Experience with investigation, intelligence collection, OSINT or threat hunting
- Strong written communications skill covering both technical and business-related topics
- Comfortable presenting individually or to groups
- Knowledge of the information security industry landscape including but not limited to web content filters, firewalls, authentication, browser isolation
- C$115,000 - C$135,000 plus Commission and Equity
