Project Manager

Overview:

At SpendHQ, Project Managers are key to enabling our clients to succeed within the application. They are also critical in onboarding new clients and delivering strategic procurement services. Project Managers will be asked to manage project workflows, lead client interactions, and work with key stakeholders to define and achieve their spend visibility goals.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and build relationships with clients. Work with clients to identify, document, and interpret key business requirements. Build consensus among client stakeholders
• Help coach clients on spend visibility best practices and how they can navigate SpendHQ to identify opportunities for improving their procurement strategy
• Collaborate with teams to efficiently execute on client projects
• Assist in developing and executing project strategies and project plans
• Facilitate client workshops with key stakeholders and client executives
• Coordinate communications within and outside the project team
• Contribute to SpendHQ's strategic ideas and direction. Support new product/service development within the firm and help launch efforts
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: B.S. in Business or Engineering and/or Management Consulting experience with strong GPA
• Minimum Experience: 3-6 years of relevant professional experience

• Procurement/Sourcing Knowledge Acquisition - Interpret and analyze business requirements, understand standard SHQ category taxonomy.
• Project Execution - Manage workflows and project plans, coordinate communications across teams, handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Data Aptitude & Technical Proficiency - Understanding of SHQ and tool current capacity/capabilities. Ability to work with analytical tools and reports to provide insights on client datasets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Sales, Product, and Data & Analytics teams to advocate for client needs and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Communication - Developed verbal and written communication skills. Communication planning within and outside the project team. Ability to present comfortably to executives.
