As a Visier Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Visier solutions. This involves managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful deployment of Visier's People Analytics and Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, project management, and a proven track record of successful software implementation projects.
This role supports customers across North America and EMEA, we’re ideally looking for candidates based in the Eastern or Atlantic time zones to best align with those regions.

What You'll Be Doing...
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Visier implementation projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external Visier consultants, to ensure smooth and effective integration.
- Conduct needs analysis and configure Visier solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of Visier analytics and planning tools.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, configuration notes, and training materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between the company and Visier.
- Stay abreast of new Visier features and updates, and recommend enhancements to improve HR analytics and planning capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in project and implementation management, specifically with HR technology implementations.
- Proven track record of successful implementations of software solutions within budget and committed timelines.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Flexibility in adapting work hours to support implementations for our customers in the US.
- A background in sales is preferred.
