Job Description:


KEV is looking for an experienced Regional Account Director to lead and drive existing customer growth in Ontario. As a Regional Account Director, reporting into the Vice President of Account Management, you will be accountable for revenue growth, retention, NPS and overall advocacy in the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive customer success outcomes and value realization for all accounts in assigned region
  • Directly lead complex, cross departmental, and high value sales processes with executive level decision makers
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's priorities and challenges and generate the associated account and sales strategies to address these needs
  • Maintain regional client loyalty by developing relationships at the most senior levels within the client organization and ensuring regional clients have visibility into KEV Group’s vision and roadmap
  • Coach and develop Account Managers, ensuring their individual success
  • Collect customer intelligence, feedback, and insight and share broadly across KEV to create a 360-degree view of the customer, identify new growth opportunities, challenges and market trends
  • Partner with new account Sales Executives and marketing leads in your region, supporting them with customer referrals and references for new customer acquisition.


Requirements and Skills:


  • 5+ years as a revenue focused sales executive, account management or customer success leader at a B2B SaaS company with experience carrying both an expansion and retention quota.
  • A natural leader with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated coaching and human capital development experience.
  • Experience enhancing and driving team processes.
  • Proven experience developing and evolving strategic client relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to build and manage account-specific sales and business plan
  • Metrics and performance driven, with a demonstrated history of best-in-class retention and expansion results
  • A creative problem solver who knows how to lead and execute
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Great influencer with strong solution-selling and presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing pipeline and associated forecasts.
  • Experience selling into and managing relationships with public school districts
  • Nice to Have - Experience selling into and managing relationships with public school districts
