About Wellth:

Wellth is a fast-growing digital health startup headquartered in Los Angeles that recently raised a Series B from leading investors, including SignalFire. Our mission is to provide daily care motivation to people living with chronic conditions so they can make healthier choices every day.

We don't assume that just providing a tool or a beautiful app will get results. We use behavioral economics, habit science, and technology to motivate and sustain behavior change in some of the US's highest-need and most underserved populations (think Medicaid and Medicare), drastically changing their quality of life and health outcomes. We have demonstrated results with several large insurers and health systems (e.g., reducing hospitalizations by over 40%) and are scaling the company and team. We aim to be the category leader in improving health outcomes for hard-to-engage populations.

Our work saves lives every day. We are a mission-driven company where you work with incredible talent and see tangible differences directly from your impact and influence.

About the Role:

As a Manager, Client Success at Wellth, you will be entrusted with managing and cultivating relationships with a designated portfolio of health plan clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing success of Wellth's solutions through effective program implementation and proactive client support. • Client Engagement & Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing questions and issues, and ensuring that clients are using Wellth's solutions to their fullest potential.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment with client needs and assist in the smooth execution of programs.
  • Track Client Health Metrics: Monitor and report on client success metrics, such as program engagement, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring that clients are progressing toward their goals.
  • Upsell & Expansion Opportunities: Support the Senior Client Success Manager in identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect client feedback on their experiences and help identify areas for process and product improvements.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or healthtech.
  • Experience with client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and success through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Ability to support client implementations, managing project timelines and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report client health metrics to measure success and identify potential challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with clients at various levels, including day-to-day contacts and mid-level managers.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Up to 30% travel as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Wellth's growth while ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.
