The Role

Fresh Clinics is rapidly expanding in the U.S. and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll report to our U.S. Head of Customer Growth and Success and play a pivotal part in shaping our growth strategy.

As an early team member, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with prospective customers, typically entrepreneurial nurses launching their own Med Spa businesses. Your expertise in consultative sales and deep understanding of the aesthetic and MedTech landscape will be helpful in driving sales and empowering clinicians to thrive with Fresh Clinics.

A Week In The Life

  • Engage & Convert: Conduct sales outreach to prospective customers, primarily nurses looking to start or grow their Med spa businesses.
  • Consult & Advise: Lead discovery calls to understand customer needs, provide tiered solutions, and guide them through our offerings.
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and drive conversions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Expand the Market: Identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth in key states.
  • Leverage Data: Use data and analytics to optimize your approach and maximize impact.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on strategy and close deals.
  • Refine Processes: Help build scalable sales and business development processes as we grow in the U.S. market.

Who You Are

  • A consultative sales professional with a natural ability to build relationships, establish trust, and guide prospects toward solutions that fit their needs.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in outbound sales, comfortable with cold outreach, and skilled at engaging prospective customers.
  • A driven, results-oriented leader who doesn’t just aim to meet sales targets but is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Passionate about the healthcare and aesthetics industries, with a strong understanding of its nuances and opportunities.

We’d Love For You To Have

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a healthcare or MedTech company.
  • Experience in building and scaling a new territory from the ground up.
  • A history of exceeding sales targets and quotas, with a data-driven approach to success.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling sales narratives and execute them effectively across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and HubSpot.
