As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our procurement process. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting with supplier selection and contract negotiation. Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze procurement data, including spending patterns, supplier performance, and market trends.

2. Develop and maintain databases to track procurement metrics and identify areas for improvement.

3. Assist with the selection of vendors and the negotiation of contracts for goods and services.

4. Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, findings, and recommendations.

5. Collaborate with other departments to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

8. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

4. Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Detail-oriented and organized.
