Multi-Suite TV is a television solution commonly used in hospitality, senior care, student residential, and resource sector accommodation. We are dedicated TV experts committed to our team, customers, and business and we are looking for an outstanding individual who is excited to deliver TV with us.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Multi-Suite TV team, you will:

• Develop and execute product vision, support value chain creation, and drive product diversification and growth.
• Collaborate with product experts to offer a cohesive TV portfolio to our customers.
• Align with TBS wireline objectives while working alongside value chain peers.

• Promote Growth: Create business cases, conduct financial analysis, manage contracts, and map customer journeys
• Influence and Innovate: Provide strategic insights and refine repetitive tasks through collaboration with adjacent teams
• Partner with Legal and Regulatory Primes: Understand agreements that align with our TV product roadmap
• Support Adoption: Empower marketing and sales teams to identify, qualify, and secure prospective customers and promote cross-selling features of the Multi-Suite portfolio.
• Primary Contact:: Establish regular cadence of communications to support internal stakeholders and partners.
• Enhance Product Evolution: Bring ideas to improve the guest experience, including internal processes or TV features
