Radicle Health acquires, invests, and operates mission critical human services software (SaaS) companies. We believe that human services agencies and the people they serve deserve functional, modern, and easy-to-use software. And we believe we're the ones to build it. Radicle Health is backed by Alpine Software Group (ASG), a leading private equity investor in vertical SaaS businesses.
We're looking for a thoughtful, curious, and self-directed Product Designer to join Radicle Health dedicated to our SaraWorks team as our first dedicated design hire.
As a Product Designer for SaraWorks, you'll partner closely with product and engineering to shape the user experience across our platform—owning everything from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and the creation of a scalable design system. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to embed design thinking into the product development process and help define how design operates within a mission-driven SaaS team.
In this role, you will:
- Own the end-to-end design process for key features and workflows, from discovery to delivery
- Work closely with product and engineering to translate user needs and business goals into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Conduct research and user testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and occasionally product copy
- Contribute to and help establish a scalable, reusable design system
- Set design best practices and help us build a strong design culture from the ground up
- Advocate for the user in strategic product conversations
- 2–4 years of experience designing digital products (preferably SaaS or web applications)
- Proficiency in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and working with shared libraries or design systems
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback, clearly explain design rationale, and collaborate effectively
- Comfort navigating complex workflows and translating them into simple, intuitive user experiences
- A portfolio that highlights strong UX thinking, clean visual design, and real-world impact
- Enthusiasm for building scalable systems and reusable patterns—not just polished screens
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a federal background check
- Experience designing for accessibility and a strong understanding of inclusive design principles
- Experience working on a small team or in a startup environment
- Familiarity with healthtech, govtech, edtech, or other mission-driven domains
- Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
- Location: Remote
- Benefits: 401k matching, medical, dental and vision healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental leave, etc.
