SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – AR & REVENUE

Radicle Health acquires, invests, and operates mission critical human services software (SaaS) companies. The Senior Accountant – AR & Revenue at Radicle Health will manage billing and collections for our portfolio of products, as well as work cross functionally to assist with revenue recognition and reporting. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong internal controls, and helps drive financial performance and stability. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Group Controller and will collaborate closely with the FP&A and Revenue Operations teams.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage all customer billing, working collaboratively with our Sales, CX, and Revenue Operations team to ensure timely and accurate customer billing.
  • Design, develop, and oversee scalable payment collection strategies to minimize bad debt and mitigate financial risks.
  • Further the adoption of automation tools and technology solutions to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable and collections processes
  • Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets, monitor financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist the Controller and FP&A teams with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including AR and Revenue reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses for several entities reporting in multiple currencies.
  • Assist with managing cash flow forecasting and capital management, collaborating with functional leadership to improve cash management and ensure financial stability.
  • Prepare financial data and analysis to support ad hoc projects related to strategic decision-making, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Maintain all billing systems and oversee integration and consolidation of new systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Billing and collections experience in a growth stage, technology-driven environment, ideally within the software industry
  • Proficiency in GAAP revenue recognition, specifically for SaaS businesses
  • Experience with financial billing systems required; experience with Maxio (Chargify) a plus.

Other Information:

  • Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000
  • Location: Remote
