Community Health Systems is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their team. The Contract Analyst Associate supports the review, drafting, analysis, and management of company contracts. This role ensures alignment with company policies, facilitates effective contract lifecycle management, and provides guidance to employees on best practices and procedures. The Contract Analyst Associate collaborates closely with legal and business teams to ensure all contract terms are accurately addressed and monitored.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience creating, drafting, and editing contracts required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience managing a contract workflow system
- Post-graduate legal education, such as coursework from law school or a paralegal certification program preferred
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) preferred
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Possesses a basic understanding of contract law and corporate policies.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Displays excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Collaborates effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
- Drafts, reviews, and edits a variety of contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Provides guidance to employees regarding the organization's contract management processes and best practices.
- Collaborates with organization attorneys to review and respond to contract requests, ensuring legal and business requirements are met.
- Develops, organizes, and optimizes contract workflow processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Manages contracts throughout all stages of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and renewal or termination.
- Monitors the fulfillment of contract obligations and addresses any issues or discrepancies proactively.
- Develops, maintains, and manages contract templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in contracting practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
