  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales to drive partner initiatives end to end.

The Partner Success Specialist role is a good match for you if you have:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience at a major global consulting firm.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a Sales or Partnerships team at a SaaS/enterprise software company.
  • 1+ years of client-facing work experience.

  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience engaging with executive senior leadership in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to work in a cross functional manner across sales, technical teams, product and management.
  • A strong sense of ownership. Self-motivated and self-directed.

If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you want to work really hard on a glorious mission with teammates that want the same thing, Cohere is the place for you.
