The Director of Program Delivery will have responsibility for leading a team, supporting the design of offerings, achieving KPIs, and managing processes. The Director will also play a leading role in driving growth at PSD, in terms of new, expanded, and more efficiently delivered offerings. This position will report to the Vice President of Programs and will supervise a team including the Program QA Team. This team is responsible for program quality assurance and quality control services across multiple states in residential and commercial buildings, low-income and market-rate. This role requires close collaboration with contractors and field staff to ensure seamless project execution and operational success.

Responsibilities
The Director of Program Delivery is responsible for overseeing the staff, clients, and projects of their line of business. Responsibilities include:
- People management—hiring/professional development/performance evaluations, including development/maintenance of an organizational structure to best support effective delivery, and direct and indirect staff management
- Client management—in collaboration with the VP of Programs and Business Development, manage strong relationships with key clients through timely production of deliverables, a consultative approach to understanding client needs, and regular meetings with clients to best understand future opportunities to maintain and expand the working relationship
- Project management—primary responsibility for successful efficient delivery of internal and external projects, including management of scope and timelines
- Financial performance—in collaboration with the VP of Programs, development of financial forecasts for their line of business, and managing revenue generation, project costs, and resource allocation.
- Opportunity evaluation and Proposal support – Review RFPs identified by Business Development for compatibility with PSD's Growth Plan and support the development of proposals.
- Support new types of programs as PSD expands into new program types.
Desired Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least five years’ experience in the line of business
- Minimum three years’ experience leading high-performing teams in a consulting environment.
- Significant project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership presence and maturity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in the subject matter of the line of business
- Ability to drive business processes, objectives, and understand client needs
- Ability to lead a diverse group of individuals
