About the Role: A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal (5+ years) to support a large-scale cosmetics litigation case. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional. The ideal candidate will have a background in mass toxic tort litigation and be proficient in iManage, Relativity, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage case dockets using Excel, tracking deadlines, filings, and case developments.
- File federal court documents and ensure compliance with filing procedures.
- Review, organize, and analyze discovery documents, entering key data into Excel for case tracking.
- Manage email communications, responding to and coordinating with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
- Assist with document management, using iManage and Relativity for organization and retrieval.
- Perform legal research and case-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide general litigation support, including drafting correspondence and preparing case summaries.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in mass toxic tort litigation.
- Proficiency with iManage, Relativity, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience handling federal court filings and understanding procedural rules.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
