Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Manager, Product Marketing to join our US Marketing team, focusing on the Cordis Vascular Closure product portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager for Closure Products, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies and supporting the growth of our cutting-edge vascular closure solutions.

Responsibilities


  • Act as a key liaison between marketing and sales to provide ongoing support, including competitive insights, product updates, and field feedback.
  • Assist in the development and execution of product-specific campaigns, including messaging, brand, and positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to assist with lifecycle management of existing product lines, including but not limited to campaign development, demand planning, sales tools and training.
  • Create and deliver high-quality marketing materials, sales tools, and tradeshow content to support the field sales team.
  • Support product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Provide input on product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, clinical, and operations, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in key customer engagements, trade shows, and conferences to gather insights and represent the product portfolio.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.


Expected Areas of Competencies:


  • Strong project management, decision making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, as well as marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Builds and maintains long-term relationships with high level surgical consultants, key strategic customers and regional sales teams to promote and support the core brands.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in product management, sales or marketing experience in the medical device/Healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on cardiovascular and/or endovascular products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or a related field. MBA preferred. Combined education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated 30% travel


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with vascular products or interventional cardiology is highly desirable.
