Phreesia, a leading health technology company, is looking for a Corporate Events Manager to play a key role in supporting our internal communications and employee engagement strategies.
This individual will be tasked with conceptualizing, planning and executing high-quality internal events that align with our mission, galvanize our teams and drive progress toward our goals. We’re looking for a positive, energetic and detail-oriented events professional who is adept at tailoring strategy to various audiences and objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a range of internal events, including in-person leadership meetings, team meetings for our go-to-market organizations and all-company meetings
- Create and execute a brand-consistent events strategy that aligns with business objectives, as well as our mission, vision and values
- Create and manage timelines and project plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
- Create and manage event budgets
- Research, select and manage vendors, including hotels, event venues, audio/visual, entertainment, food and beverage, and transportation
- Develop and execute the employee communications strategy for each event, including guidance related to registration and travel
- Stay up to date on event industry best practices and trends, and make suggestions to improve our corporate events strategy
- Evaluate the success of our events based on agreed-upon metrics and suggest process improvements
- Work with other members of the Corporate Communications team to produce high-quality event creative
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 6-7 years of event-management experience, with at least 2-3 years as a lead event planner/organizer
- Deep expertise in logistics, project management and budget management
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality Management or related field
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and liaising with senior leaders in complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple, competing events and projects at once
- Creativity, enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Ability to self-start and excel in a fast-paced environment
