Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Accounting Technology Solutions Delivery department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Remote)

Location: Fully remote (US-based)

What's the Job?

• Gather, review, analyze, evaluate, and collaborate to support the production of business and technical requirements.
• Document and maintain functional and technical requirements for various projects.
• Facilitate clear and concise written and verbal communication with all levels of internal and third-party business and technical project teams.
• Act as the liaison between product development teams and business teams.
• Participate as a key subject matter expert in technology project teams within the enterprise space.
  
  

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of formal or on-the-job business (systems) analysis training and experience.
• General knowledge of Tax, Treasury, Banking, and Accounting operations.
• Experience in Life Insurance and Annuities.
• Ability to produce and decipher technical use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Familiarity with SAP and Kyriba is a plus.
