Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with senior leaders, acting as a critical voice in strategic discussions.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across Service Lines and the broader P&C function.

HR Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Design, lead, and implement HR strategies in partnership with Senior P&C leadership, with end-to-end accountability for your Service Line.

Employee Relations

  • Own and lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and mutual respect.

Talent Management

  • Identify growth opportunities, mentorship pathways, and learning programs.

Change Management

  • Guide leaders through change initiatives such as org design, M&A, and process shifts.
  • Contribute and execute communication strategies that support employee engagement and buy-in.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Stay informed on local HR laws and ensure Service Line compliance.
  • Facilitate training sessions to raise awareness of policies and legal requirements.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Use HR tools to track engagement, turnover, and key workforce metrics.
  • Create and present reports and dashboards for leadership, identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Partner with P&C Leadership to turn insights into action.

  • Act as a thought partner and innovation driver in shaping Valtech’s people strategy.

  • Experience in developing or supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience working in a media or creative agency environment is considered an asset.
