Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking an experienced TikTok Live Creator Recruiter to help us to grow and manage our TikTok Live network. This role will involve sourcing and recruiting creators for TikTok live events. We’re seeking someone with a well developed understanding of the TikTok Live landscape, and a proven track record of building audience engagement.

Please note, this role is: part-time (10-20 hrs/week), contract, and commission ONLY. Applicants based in Southern California preferential, but will consider all candidates based in the United States.

Duties & Essential Functions

  • Identify high potential talent that are active on TikTok live, tracking any invites sent out
  • Answer creator questions and communicate the many pros of being in our network
  • Successfully onboard creators
  • Engage with creators in live streams
  • Optimize live streams by coaching creators on how to structure streams that attract and retain viewers
  • Facilitate live collaborations with other live creators for TikTok battles, plan tournaments
  • Go live a minimum of 3 hours a week on our Collab account
  • Maintain, update, and engage with talent in Discord, ie. post live stream tips, educational content, battle schedules, monthly incentives, winners, and answer creators’ questions
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Social media experience (as influencer or manager) preferred
  • Active user of TikTok Live with understanding of battles
  • Savvy building and moderating Discord channels
  • Strong communicator
  • Willing to be on camera
  • Performance background helpful, but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience driving proactive outreach

Per California's Pay Transparency Law, companies of 15 or more people are legally required to provide a pay scale in job ads. Our approximate commission range for this role is between $1500 -$7500/month.
